Mechanics Electric Car Kit

If you are familiar with the inner workings of a car, the easiest way to convert a vehicle to run on electricity is with an electrical auto kit. Before you start purchasing any electrical vehicle quick installation kit for a petrol vehicle conversion, you have to understand most automobile kits are specifically made for a selected car model. This is because different automobile models would have different dimension. What are the parts in an electrical vehicle setup kit? This article will provide some information on the topic of Do It Yourself ( DIY ) electrical auto conversion.

In a normal electrical auto kit, you will find the main components such as the DC electrical motor, electrical controller, adapter plate, shaft coupler and throttle box. The main issue with an electric auto installation kit is the adapter plate. The plate is the joining section between the auto transmission and the electrical motor. For instance, if an adapter plate was cut to fit a VW Beetle transmission, the same plate wouldn’t line up with a Geo Metro transmission. The alignment of the plate is critical to ensure the shaft of the electrical motor stay parallel to the transmission center core. Any misalignment will affect the performance of the electrical vehicle and cut back the mileage per charge.
Before you purchase any electrical auto kit for EV conversion, ensure the adapter plate has been cut based on your donor car transmission dimension. If it doesn’t, it is a better concept to custom made an adapter plate that meets your duty. Get your electric car kit at Gas2Electricity.com

Will mechanics that one worked on combustible engine cars learn about electric cars and then get certified to work on those? Because they are vastly different kinds of vehicles.

1. My main question is, while i'm driving does this hybrid car use half gas half electric at once?

2. If the car needs maintenance do all mechanics for the most part know how to handle a hybrid car or do I have to go to special places for electric car maintenance?

3. Whoever owns a '08 camry hybrid, there's a Engine Starter button you press to turn on the car, 1st click of button shows "hybrid synergy drive" on screen, 2nd push of button, shows Eco-drive blah blah. I dont understand this can someone explain to me?
And you wonder why theres more import car sales than american…lol.

What is more likely to happen, a new fuel is found are/or different ways of producing it and piston engined cars are powered by this better fuel similar to the way it is now or electric cars? Obviously both are going to happen but which is going to completely take over the auto industry in the future? This is excluding possibility of hybrids.
If electric cars take over whats going to happen to mechanics? And everything I've been learning for years will be like a waste if electric cars become the norm so I'm really worried about this.

WHEN are we going to have electric vehicles freely available so development on vehicles and batteries can go on, and also when are internal combustion engines going to double or triple their efficiency?
Aren’t the “owners” of the global markets and economies afraid that one day there is no possible carbon dioxide imprisonment? Even now it is no warranty, it’s only but a rising technology that may become an eventual solution!.. :S
You're way out of internal combustion engines practical mechanics Russel. How can you say internal combustion is on the verge of efficiency when, for example, 2 stroke engines use half the steps to perform the combustion cycle? It's not just thermodynamics, all laws set limits. That includes phisics, criminal laws, economics, etc. The human genie tends to overcome them! :)
Regarding batteries, it's also a matter of development. While there is no interest on it, there will be no investment!
