Folding Electric (3 wheeled) Car from 1920s
This is a film clip of two females assembling, unfolding a three (3) wheel electric car. The car can be fashioned as either a convertible with side doors or as a front entrance car with full cover for the passenger compartment. The car can be folded up for storage. Presumable it is an all electric drive vehicle for ease of maintenance and to eliminate the the issue of cranking the start motor of the combustion engine of the day. Anyone know more about this vehicle, please send me a message …

they dont mak em’ like they use to
If you like folding electric cars, che out the Wike aka “Wicycle”. It’s even smaller and lighter than this one. and in the video you can see it pulling a micro bicycle trailer as well.
You guys got some hilarious comments
I can see a future version of transformers using this clip as some part of telling the history of transformer technology early days… These two women were mad scientists who . working deap in thier secret underground laboratory were working on what later became the living transformers…
This is amazing, makes you think why we are not driving electric/hydrogen powered cars now?!
I love the sound of a petroleum powered engine as much as the next guy, but electric cars should be the norm by now 2009 :/
shut up, douchenigger
Just what the woman of the future should have to do… spend a half hour assembling her car for a trip to the market. Then she can smoke a lucky strike and burn a cross on a Negroes lawn!
i would feel safer on the road if women actually drove those, and had their own lane.
this will sell
This should probably be the only car women should drive. I have been in three accidents, all of them were women’s fault. One was trying to do her fucking nails and she ran a red light!
girls around 12-15 check out my one vid please! you wont regret it! thanks=]
funny to think that everyone in that film is most likely dead even the cameraman.
lol true
awsome
Everyone should watch the amazing documentary, “Who Killed the Electric Car?” (google/videos)
now we gone a full circle to the past. Its just like modern western civilization in the 19th century relearning the ancient roman/Greek civilizations
nice
Where’s the ‘Wide Load’ sign?
I wouldn’t want to be riding in that car if it were hit by a Hummer, but I think that is less of a rebuke to the three-wheeler than to the multi-ton lummoxmobile.
I wouldn’t want to be riding in that if it were hit by a bicycle.
Reminds me how my father is fond of pointing at the screen when an old movie comes on and saying, “That’s a dead dog”, “That’s a dead horse”, &c.
And yes, most likely every person (and every car) in that film is long dead. And before that, those cuties in the film turned into shriveled up old ladies.
this video is really out of date lol
